Tigray Announces Annual and Special Meeting Webcast and Conference Call

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2012) - Tigray Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TIG) ("Tigray" or the "Company") will host a webcast and conference call at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders in Vancouver on Monday, February 27, 2012. The Company's President and CEO Andrew Lee Smith will provide an update on Tigray's exploration activities, which will be immediately followed by a Q&A period.

The meeting will be held at the Tigray office at Suite 3114, Four Bentall Centre, 1055 Dunsmuir Street at 1:00pm PST (4:00pm EST). Shareholders are invited to participate in the meeting via conference call or webcast. The webcast will also be archived on the Tigray website.
